Founded by Sophocles, a civil engineer and project management expert, CLC is built on nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Since 2006, Sofoclis has been involved in a wide range of complex and fascinating projects, honing expertise in every aspect of the build process. With a vast industry network and a deep understanding of construction challenges, seamlessly integrates design and execution to create exceptional spaces.

Our Process
Initial Assessment

Initial Contact
No obligation contact in any form you are comfortable with. We work with all technology to ensure we can understand your needs fully. We will then give you a cost based on your requirements

Scheduling
Our team will walk through the process with you to ensure you understand everything that will happen with your project and prepare the contracts.

Contracts signed
We ensure you are happy with the terms, get everything signed and we can now move to the scheduled date to start your project.
Construction
01
Software to track your project
Once on site, we will set you up with our software to ensure you are up to date with all aspects of the build. From ordering finishes, to ensuring we are up to date with the program of works.

Quality control & Safety
We produce regular reports to ensure that quality is never compromised and the site is in line with safety regulations.
03
Completion
Upon completion of your project, we will produce all documentation and warranties in association with your project. A link will be provided in an organised format.
Post-Construction

After Care
Aftercare is something we pride ourselves on. We are dedicated to ensure that you have our support not only during construction but after too.

As-built Documentation
Building control documentation, certificates are posted electronically and in paper format. We also provide a binder version if required.
03
Warranty
As standard, we provide a 12 month warranty on our work. If the worst should happen then rest assured that we will be available to put it right. Extended warranties are available.
