We became involved with this during inception stage. We engaged with the client early on to determine plans and procedures to ensure success. Step one was obtaining planning permission, step two was to liaise with the building management and the freehold management. Once all was agreed construction works then began. A complex grade 2 listed building. Full renovation for a UHNW client.
